Who We Are
An idea born from a pilgrim and resident of Santiago de Compostela. Having started walking the Camino at the age of 19, I have come back almost every year since to relive the experience, work as a hospitalero and now live here full time.Â
I use the traditional Japanese filtration method, filtering the sea water through local, cleaned sand. The sea salt is made with care and passion, resulting in a gorgeous finished product.Â
