Roasted chilli sea salt

My personal favourite, dried premium chilli flakes and seeds from Vietnam, gently roasted then stirred into Galician sea salt whilst still warm. 
Suitable for all manner of dishes, even cocktails and desserts if you are feeling adventurous!
I add a little to my eggs in the morning!
